This is not a physical lesson regarding your swing -- it's a MENTAL lesson on discussing your entire game and inevitably helping you to make better decisions -- whether you're practicing or playing! Our in-depth discussion will significantly enhance your overall decision-making skills by addressing the mental aspects that directly impact your game.

In college I pursued a degree in Psychology, and throughout my entire life I've competitively played many different sports -- along with having played golf for over the past 50 years -- which included playing in numerous high school & college golf tournaments. I can absolutely help you develop a robust mental approach to managing the pressures of competitive play. Additionally, I'll help you to reduce anxiety in crucial moments under pressure such as putting or driving (like the "first tee jitters")! We'll also discuss behavioral techniques to reduce negative thoughts and develop a more positive mindset -- which is essential for maintaining focus and composure! Plus, I can assist in optimizing your risk-management/decision-making processes on the course, by teaching you strategies for better shot/club selection. I can also provide guidance on structuring practice time more effectively, by ensuring that your mental preparation is aligned with physical training. By addressing these mental components, you will achieve greater consistency, resilience, and overall improvement in your game!
