Once my All-Inclusive Lesson & Practice Plan monthly subscription has started, can I get a refund?

No. However, your subscription can be easily cancelled at any time, which will stop your credit card from being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming billing cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time during your current subscription billing cycle, which will then stop your credit card from being charged for the upcoming cycle -- as long as you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming cycle. If you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current cycle, but, you can always reactivate your subscription before then, if you change your mind.

How will I be billed?

Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your subscription, which is approximately once every 30 days.

What if I don't use all of the lessons and/or practices that are included in my monthly subscription?

Any unused lessons and/or practices don't carry over to the next billing period.

I know that the subscription start-date begins on the day the plan is purchased, but what if I'm buying this plan as a gift for someone and I want to delay their start-date until whenever they want to start their subscription?

Simply CONTACT me prior to making this purchase and we'll discuss when you'd like their subscription start-date to begin.

How quickly will my online swing analysis be sent back to me?

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, in most instances you should expect to receive my full and complete analysis of your swings, using V1 Sports technology, within 48 hours.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using their app. Yes, you can email your swings directly to me in whichever manner you like -- either by direct email attachments, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.
