Carlos Arroyo, the fifth Puerto Rican to play in the NBA, was never drafted by an NBA team.  He joined the NBA as a free agent to play for the Toronto Raptors in 2002.  Since then, he has played for the Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, Detroit Pistons and the Orlando Magic.  He plays the Guard position.  His quick speed and dazzling dribbling and passing skills will have him playing professional basketball for many years to come!
