Carlos Arroyo, was the fifth Puerto Rican to play in the NBA.  He joined the NBA as a free agent in 2002.  The Detroit Pistons were among one of the NBA teams that he played for.  Playing the guard position, his quick speed and dazzling dribbling & passing skills are fun to watch!
